Best Plumbing Concerns in San Jose CA

I only gave them one star because I had to. This company is so disrespectful. I booked and appointment Thursday between 4pm and 6pm. 6:05pm no one showed yet. I text the owner no response. 7:05pm I left the owner a voicemail stating no one showed. It's now Saturday and no one has gotten back to me. I also looked up bad reviews and found a few one stating this company over charges and one where they stated work was needed to be done but was not needed. This company is not in the BBB. Please do your research before hiring this company.

I had an excellent experience with San Jose plumber Julio and his team. They were prompt, professional, and provided top-notch service. Julio took the time to explain the issue and the steps he was taking to resolve it. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

I thought I might have an odor and perhaps a rooter job needed, called Adrian and he sent tech right away to assess the situation. Turns everything is fine and that might have a dead rodent issue somewhere in my garage. So no service was necessary, but I appreciate the quick responsiveness from team. I had a major sewer line replacement with EJ Plumbing. They were incredibly patient with quoting, coming out multiple times when we discovered one sewer issue after another. Their team was thorough, professional, and I would highly recommend them for any big projects. They were very transparent with pricing. I felt confident in knowing that EJ is quoting what is necessary, and that their business has our interests in mind.

Carlos and his team have done a significant amount of plumbing for us in 2023. They have fixed a leak under the kitchen sink, replaced the waste lines under the house, and replaced both the sewer line and fresh water line in the yard. The plumbing dated back to the late 1940's, so it was a relief to have it replaced before a failure. Their work has always been professional, timely, and code compliant. We were updated for their arrival at least the day before. Any disruptions to our water or sewer services were minor and always lasted less than a day. Carlos also added very useful modifications to the original layout, in order to modernize everything and provide easy access when needed.
