When Ray arrived he was very professional and wore a mask in 100 degrees temperature. Ray listened very well and figured out right away where the problem was. He was fast, effective, and reliable. Why do I say this, well we had leaky pipes in our multi-apartment complex, which consists of five floors. Between Genaro, the owner and Betty, their professionalism and communication skills; re-piping the entire building was simple and easy. We ended up having them do additional work on top of re-piping such as R/R (Remove/Replace) sewer lines, toilets, and faucets. Their pricing is also very reasonable.
