It's great for the environment and we are hoping to be done with exorbitant winter gas bills. This was a complicated job and there were several significant challenges Chris and Cesar had to overcome. Their creativity and persistence kept it moving so the job would finish on time. We also got a cool new Nest Learning Thermostat, which has been a lot of fun to figure out. We changed the scope of the project twice and he was able to switch the gear very quickly and provided the new quotes on the same day. The technician, Slavic is very polite and friendly, did the job quickly and carefully. He cleaned up everything and checked the installation after the work to make sure everything was good. We had installation of an a/c and heater unit several months ago and we recently just had a few issues of hearing strange noises with the unit. We had a visit from Juan today and he doubled checked everything to make sure everything was safe and working well...Although they couldn’t determine anything, He assured us that if we hear the noises again call them right away and they might be able to come that same day.
