I've had Rayne out to my place twice, once to replace a water heater and once to help with a shower faucet. Both times their plumber knew the answer to every question I had and was happy to explain everything. They're not the cheapest place in town, but so far they've been worth the money in my opinion.

For 25 years, I have always used another plumber. This time I used Cupertino Plumbing and was very happily surprised. A few days ago, in the late afternoon I had a leak, called my usual plumber, and they could not come out for 4 days. I called Cupertino and they came first thing the next morning. They were polite, professional, and the bill was 1/2 what I was expecting. That afternoon, the repair resulted in another problem, I called, and they returned within the hour.
