Jeremy, Richie and Christian were the techs who worked on our home. After a home purchase and long remodel, we needed a very thorough duct and furnace cleaning. The team responded for a quote and were out on site in a couple days. The pricing was a little more than we expected, but the service and follow through was very good. Everyone we worked with was super knowledgeable and available to answer any questions we had. The work was done in one day and they cleaned up everything afterwards. AC unit stopped working and called Pacific Coast. They sent their tech super quick and he was able to solve the issue. He noticed few other issues with our system (15 years old now!!) and suggested actions to help prevent any future damage.
