I called Pacific Coast Homes Services at 11 PM at night after attempting to install the Nest Learning Thermostat myself. The blue C wire had no power. Luis Martinez came out in this heat wave. He was personable, kind, professional and explained everything clearly and effectively. He was also polite, he wore his mask and booties for protection and respect. Luis took pictures of my attic and system to explain possible future work, in which we are interested in. I left my ladder out and he folded in up, shrunk it down, and carried it downstairs. I believe he went above and beyond the simple home check. We would like to have him come back in the future. He is knowledgeable and well versed in his field. My Nest is up and cooling!

These guys were very professional. They were friendly, personable and respectful. They worked HARD all day and never stopped until it was all done. It was an ALL DAY job. And, even though it was late in the evening when they finished, they still took time to review everything with us and answer all of our questions.
