I am very happy with the work done by CMS. I had a problem with the sewage line. They sent Nickolas, he quickly assessed the situation and explained everything to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond. Great customer service:
We just bought a new water heater from Water Heaters Only. It smelled after it operated and we called them to check it out. They came out to investigate 2xs before we could reproduce the problem. Even though there was no danger (it was not gas) the just replaced the water heater for us no questions asked. Great, prompt service.
