Samuel Delgado was punctual, friendly, and honest. It had appeared to be a simple replacement of the thermocouple, but he found the burner needed replacement too. He got the part and replaced it the next morning, so only one night of cold showers. Not exactly a cheap repair, but labor is costly in the Bay Area.

Julio was on time and make quick work of a stubborn sink strainer that was impossible to remove without professional expertise. We’re grateful to have the use of our sink once again. Thanks

Shawn is extremely helpful in finding the right plumbing solution, turns up when he says he will, and executes work promptly and effectively: he did a bath tub faucet replacement including replacing hard pipe connections with flex hoses + shutoff valves, and I was very pleased with it.
