I had Chandler Plumbing come out for a backed up sink, their plumber arrived and fixed the sink but during that process the plastic pipe had a slight leak, the tech attempted to fix it and left, but after an hour or so I had water leaking from that pipe. I reached out to Chandler Plumbing the next day and they were quick to respond to my dissatisfaction. I applaud them for doing the right thing which was to send a tech back out to fix the issue correctly. This is truly a professional business who takes pride in their customers satisfaction and is willing to go above an beyond to take care of their customers. They replaced the shut off valves for my washing machine supply.
It was basically unscrewing the two valve and screwing 2 new ones on. Their customer service was great but their pricing was absolutely absurd. I was charge $627 for this work that took less than 45 min. This was also with a 5% coupon. The hard part about plumbing is that you usually don’t have the luxury of shopping around and you are usually caught in an urgent situation so you are at their mercy. I probably will not use them again with these type of rates.
