Rayne has serviced our small complex several times. I called last night with a blocked storm drain and they did a great job. Bill called me back (from their answering service) in 5 minutes, we discussed the problem, he gave an estimated charge, and he arrived in under an hour. He was able to find + fix the problem (roots in the drain pipe) in about 15 minutes, and then spent the full hour cleaning as much of our drain piping as possible. Bill was clearly an expert at what he was doing, gave good advice on what preventative maintenance we should do in the future, and after this experience I'd recommend him + Rayne to anyone.

They did a very professional and through job. Our kitchen drain was blocked. We had tried all the off the shelf drainage solutions which did not help. Had pinged some other pluming company via yelp but Adam from 5 star pluming is responded immediately. They were right on time. It took them a couple of hours to get the drain working using a snake. They cleaned up the kitchen floor after the job was done. Highly recommended!!!

I would want to appreciate this company for the excellent service. The staff told me they were booked till the next week but would stop by that day when I contacted about our broken heater. They came out and installed a part, but they later told my husband that a new furnace would be necessary since they didn't think the part would function.
