24/7 rooter and plumbing did an excellent job. Their technician, Javier, was more than professional and experienced. I would highly, highly recommend them.

I called to get services from this business. To summarize:Rude and unprofessional customer service. refused to answer any questions of mine regarding plumbing services. Something like What is an example of plumbing service you offer and what does it cost was not available to be answered. Also had to hear her scream to other coworkers about phone ringing.

I think the gist of the business is to get a plumber on site and you will be under the sunk cost fallacy to use their service.

Very anti customer business model IMHO.

The whole team is terrific - plumbers, office staff - honest and trustworthy. I have been appreciating their work for 21 years.
