Unfortunately, it was at this time that they discovered that the pipe coming out from the wall was leaking. This was not gonna be easy to fix but tPhil was so knowledgeable and professional that the next day he solved the problem and everything was in working order once again. I can’t tell you how grateful I am. I was also grateful that the price was incredibly reasonable. Another plumber would’ve cost me a mint. Lutz is the best.
