Best Septic Tanks / Sewer Lines in San Francisco CA

Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

AB Plumbing did a terrific job replacing my water heater. They showed up on the same day, on a two-hour window notice, and displayed fairness and friendlessness one can only hope for from a plumber.
The job went smooth and I will definitely be using them again (hopefully not so soon lol)

The technician explained that the sewer line repair he needed to do wouldn’t be invasive after the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and kept us up to date with how the repair was moving along.

The team was responsive and arrived quickly. We had an issue that other plumbers had no clue how to fix and had passed on and the technicians were able to resolve the issue within an hour! They were in general friendly and professional as well. They also saved us a ton of money not having to replace our very specific pump type.

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
