Chosen Rooter will be my plumbing company for the foreseeable future. They were the FOURTH plumbing company that I had come to my house to fix a leaky pipe that was located in my kitchen ceiling. The three previous plumbers either charged me to tell me that I had a leak and then recommended I bring in a specialist (you mean, like a plumber?!), told me the job was too big, or tried to tell me that it would take hours to find the leak and during that time I'd be charged for diagnostics. Mind you, I had already stripped the lathe and plaster from my own ceiling and could point to the connectors that were leaking, so the last guy was just trying to stack some hours on the job. I called Chosen and told them that I had a job that needed fixing, and that I needed someone to come who wasnt going to jerk my around. They came and fixed it the next day. Hassle free, agreed upon price before work started, professional, and pleasant. I sincerely appreciated doing business with them and the service they provided.

These guys really know what they are doing! The plumber I got from my insurance - Rosenberg plumbing, spend more than an hour, could not find a problem, charged me 440 on top of service call, and told me to build a new clearing for the pipes for 10K! Brandon from Laratt Bros fixed the issue in 35 min! I would not go anywhere else if you have a plumbing issue. Just now, Sunday night, Aaron from Laratt, solved another issue via the phone, looking at the picture I sent to him, saving me at least 120 for insurance service call and charged me nothing!

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.
