Best 24hr Service in San Francisco CA

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

Do better 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing and don't gouge your customers. $325 to replace a fill valve that was one hour of work is just crazy. And so is the $85 you charge if you come to a residence but the customer decides to not move forward on a job for which you get no estimate up front. No wonder folks are fleeing SF for more affordable places (i.e. $325 is somebody's 16 hours+ of minimum wage!).

Mo came promptly and quickly fixed our problem. Top-notch courteous professional. I highly recommend him!

These guys fixed a really terrible tub drain clog and also went out of their way to fix and replace our sink sprayer. Fast, effective, and I would recommend.
