I had an appointment for a 1-3pm visit, they called at 12:45pm and were there by 1pm. They did good, clean work. They explained everything really well and weren't pushy when I said I'd wait to have certain things fixed. Howard was our service guy and he was great!

The whole experience was wonderful. The communication from the office, to the arrival of the tech. I needed a ceiling fan replaced. He explained what to expect and then did the work. Cleaned up after himself. It looks perfect! Will definitely request Hector for future work!
