Fast service on a Saturday. I broke an outdoor pipe and had to shut off the water at the street. We needed it fixed same day so we could have water again. It was all old diy pipe on a hillside and now it is done correctly and would be a lot harder to accidentally break. Thanks!

She was friendly, kind and professional. When she sensed the panic in my voice she quickly made sure that Pablo the senior tech could squeeze me in to his very busy schedule. From the original phone call to my shower being fixed it was 6 hrs. WOW now that is amazing service. Pablo showed up and was amazing, knowledgeable, very polite and fun. This was the second time we had Kenneth, from HPS, at our house. Once was for a garbage disposal install, this time was to repair a broken water line in our yard. Both times we have been very happy with HPS. Their quality work and professionalism are greatly appreciated.
