I cleaned Rheem and they hooked me up with Village Plumbing. I then called Village Plumbing and I was told they could get someone out the next day. I told the woman on the phone that I had been out of Hot water for a couple of days, and she was very considerate and got Benjamin out to the house within an hour He fixed the problem and there wa No Charge. It was covered under warranty. I highly recommend Village Plumbing and Benjamin!Craig
