They fixed it right away. The fee was reasonable, even cheap considering the damage that could have resulted if I had ignored that hissing sound that came from a hot water line under the house. When we first called, we just needed some faucets changed. But the night before the appointment, our water heater started leaking a lot. The plumber from Point Loma immediately got us a new water heater and got it installed within a couple of hours. They did a great job at a fair price.

Jake did an amazing job replacing a mess of hot and cold water pipes under our house. We had severe water pressure issues, which he fixed. He was very clear about what he was doing each step of the way, and we always knew when we would not have water.

I have contracted with Pro Tec for about 10 years at multiple HOA Communities. I am very impressed that the can do / customer service attitude of their leadership and managers carries down to each service tech they have. They have been resilient and accommodated my needs quickly. It is great to have them at my communities; in the odd chance that I needed emergency action, they were super quick to respond with qualified people to solve the problem.
