They were very professional, polite and very easy to work with.with. on time and took care to make sure the job was done right. And so at a very decent price. Needed on a weekend he was there

No one showed up. No one cancelled with HOA or with homeowner. Richard Viets - no apology or explanation. [HOA contracted with ProTec to install new front door. On Wednesday of this week, Richard Viets Construction Supervisor emailed that he could install the door on Friday. I got time off work approved, and confirmed the appointment. Then, he didn't show up Friday morning. He did not call Homeowner. He did not call HOA. I called ProTec office and receptionist said the job was cancelled. HOA management is still trying to find out what happened.
