Great quality service. We had a kitchen drain pipe leak that was an emergency. Ideal lives up to their name, the service and staff is ideal. Thank you for coming to our rescue. After our plumbing repair we needed our drywall and stucco repaired (from fixing the kitchen leaking pipe), and Ideal’s remodel technician Rene did an amazing job!

Michael Morales did a terrific job in removing some flex and fixed gas pipe that was connected to a previous stove and getting gas reconnected after removal. He also did a survey of existing plumbing systems and let us know which work was most important to be completed soon and which could wait. He was thorough and answered all our questions. A great employee for Pt. Loma Electric and Plumbing. We look forward to working with him in the future.

They were recommended by our HOA. They did the job and left a mess everywhere. They were supposed to bill out our HOA and ended up billing us out 2 months later. I was told they only needed our card to hold the appointment and would bill out the HOA. I would not recommend! Do you research before hiring this company!
