On September 2020, Tom came out to a property we had in escrow out in Lakeside. Tom showed up on time, was friendly, professional, and got down to business. Tom helped us with scoping the sewer main lines and provided an additional whole house plumbing inspection at no cost. He just charged us for the scope, which was a reasonable rate.
