We have used All American Plumbing for several issues from water heater busting and needing replacement to simple supply lines. This was our first time using HPS Plumbing, and we were completely impressed by the quick response and professionalism. Spoke to 4-5 plumbing companies and Christian was the only one that tried to help me with general advice and guide me towards what was best for me and not for his bottom line. Very impressed and will become customer for life! If only every business put their customers first!

A gentleman from Troy Plumbing was dispatched; came in a timely matter, assessed what was going on, and identified the problem. It was 9:30pm, he still showed up with a great attitude. He was going to make contact with his boss and go from there too bad he didn't have his business cards on him. Unfortunately I didn't get the gentleman's name but he sure came when when my buildings funrnace soaked out.
