Powers Plumbing really helped me out of a jam. I had a toilet clogged and needed a plumber to come out as soon as possible. They were timely and much more presentable than what I expected from a plumber. Very kind, and cordial, had a great experience.

Ideal Plumbing came out to fix a toilet that was not installed properly by a different company. The plumber was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and completed the work in an appropriate amount of time. He had to uninstall the toilet, repair the supply line and valve, reinstall the toilet properly, check everything, and clean up. Couldn't ask for a more professional job. Will definitely call Ideal Plumbing when I need more work done first.

William was professional and gave an honest assessment regarding the corroded pipes attached to my tankless water heater that was installed by a different company 7 years ago who unfortunately did not install correctly. Unfortunately, the corrosion was to bad to just redo the piping, so I will have to replace with another unit.I appreciate William’s honesty and attempt at repair.
