Greg used his expertise to not only help troubleshoot, but he also went the distance and stayed with me after he was done with his part, while I contacted the electric car charging station company to help with the next step in the troubleshooting, just to make sure I was completely resolved. I had a quote within a day and two days later they came for the install! In mid summer, that’s super fast! They were professional and stayed that way despite 100 degree heat! They even worked out a way to help me collect condensation water in my rain barrel! Can’t ask for better service!
