Robert and Mike are extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, providing quality work and were very patient with our questions. Taylor also helped out and worked really hard. They are all hard workers, professional, respectful toward my home, and trustworthy. They had to break concrete outside the leaking water main, excavate to expose the mainline and make repairs, they rerouted hot and cold lines out of the slab through the ceiling space and walls to the 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. That type of work costs thousands so when my insurance rep saw the detailed invoice, he said he had enough information to pay the claim. He even said the cost was pretty low based on past claims he’s reviewed. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors in my line of work and these guys are the best in my opinion: they do what they say they’ll do, communication is consistent, and they finish the work right the first time, fair price, excellent quality of work.
