So glad we called PL Electric and Plumbing. Mark arrived right on time, as advertised, and was friendly and efficient. I appreciate that he didn't lock in to the one thing I called about, but was also interested in supporting us with other needs if we had them (rather than having to make another appointment.) Great service and the price was appropriate. Communication about when to expect him, along with a photo, was awesome.

It’s a -0 star. I called for a leaking faucet, I was told is a free estimate.Jon comes tightened the packing nut and told me it’s $85. If he would have told me the price before tightening I wouldn’t accept the job. But he tightened and then told me it was $85. It’s so sad how this man took advantage of a woman. Outrageous.

I found pro-plumber to be very responsive and handled my plumbing repairs quickly and efficiently! There work was professional and they left my bathroom clean when the job was finished. I would definitely recommend them!

I contacted Dmitry at this company, he came recommended by my landlord. Both my kitchen sinks and the bathroom sink were clogged up. He showed up the next day with Fred, both of them showed up on time, communicated well and responded very fast to my call. They found out that there was a leak and additional issues with the kitchen sink drain. They fixed all the issues, stayed some time after to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore and gave me some recommendations as to maintenance in order to prevent the same thing in the future. I had a great experience with American Ace Plumbing and would definitely use them again. Thank you guys!
