I have had a Great Experience today!I had some AC problems and Ryan and John from 1st Call came out to give me a FREE estimate. They both were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the problem to me and answered my questions. Getting educated on what the problem was and the solution to maintain the present unit of 10 yrs or the Special Deal on a new unit was very helpful! They let me make the decision! I thought through going each route and was most pleased to get a new unit! The NO INTEREST to financing was a Blessing!In no time just as Ryan had told me the service guys were here, hard at work putting in the new unit.These guys, another Ryan & Art were professional too!
