I made the call on a Friday after 4pm just hoping against hope I could get someone out when my sewer system started backing up into my tubs and shower. He told me he could be here in an hour. He showed up within the given time and was able to clear my clog quickly, ensuring my children and I would have working plumbing before the weekend.
