I discovered a leak in my front yard that was repaired previously by another company last year. I called a couple of other companies and they were not able to come out until next week. When I spoke to Will's, I was given the service fee amount and that it would be waived if I went with the repair. The appointment was set up for later in the afternoon for the same day. Will's called a few hours later and could get the plumber out even earlier. I then received a text message with the plumber's picture and bio. He gave me the estimate, which was a flat rate and guaranteed it for 6 months. He explained everything that he was going to do and showed me where the plumbing cracked from the previous plumber's work. I feel confident in the work performed and that I should no longer have this issue.
