I wanted to say how much I appreciate Goettl Air Conditioning! Reagan provided great customer service with diagnosing the issue with our A/C unit, and that it was a pretty serious problem with the unit short cycling. She arranged for technicians to be at our house the very next day. The technicians Mark and Ernesto are outstanding! We needed to have the coil replaced in the unit. They needed access to the attic which was blocked. They were quick to help move a piece of furniture out of the way so they could get the job done. They were both very friendly and professional throughout the job. They even helped get the furniture back to where it was after the job was done to leave the jobsite the way they found it. I would recommend this company again. The A/C immediately felt wonderful in my home once they replaced that coil. They kept everything very clean throughout the entire process.
