One star only because you can't rate them less than zero.Had them out to fix a leak between my meter and my house in 2015. Today I have a different plumber out to fix the same issue and rather than the all new PEX line I was sold and have the receipt in hand for, it appears that the original copper line is still place and they simply patched in a water heater hose right next to the house to fix the leak. Somehow that took two days and a trench in my yard that required a helper. Thanks for trying to up-sell me on a pressure tank to double the price for the work you didn't do though. Bet you were hoping I'd call you again when this hose popped. Shady much y'all?

I completely understand that due to increase in need for plumbers during this time is more than most can handle. My husband called two days ago as our water heater that was installed by AL plumbing will not stay lit, he was told that possibly someone could come out on Friday and someone would get back to us. My husband called yesterday to follow up and inquire about warranty as water heater is less than one year old. Left message with no returned call. We call again today and no answer. It is very unfortunate that we have had to contact another plumbing company for assistance.
