Yesterday my family and I realized that our thermostat started to glitch which caused our AC to not work. I called Aramendia to report the issue and requested a tech as soon as possible. Within an hour Terry the field agents manager was at my house. He was very polite from beginning to end. Terry even took the time to educate me on what I could do in the event my system stopped working due to a clog. After thoroughly checking our unit, Terry had to replace our thermostat.
