Bill Drumm and Crystal Donet came for our A-team service for our 2 AC units and took great care of them. Very pleasant and professional! I discussed several options for maintenance and best care of our system and Bill took the time to explain all the pros and cons. Crystal and Bill made sure I knew that testing the heat pump component of our system is best done when the outside temperature is below 60degrees. You learn something new every day!Toby and Marcos came for our A-team plumbing service. They flushed the water heater tank and gave me recommendations for a new system due to scale buildup in it. They did a diagnostic on a running toilet with a weak flush and rather than rebuild failing parts I opted to have them replace the toilet. They also unclogged a drain which is affected by the HVAC drain out. Everything was done in a neat, tidy way and I have nothing but good things to say about the plumbing team. Thanks Aramendia!

The tech, Romiro, was excellent and very professional. I would recommend him highly.I am VERY disappointed with the Will Fix It as they suddenly stopped doing 24x7 service on December 1st. This was one reason we liked doing business with them as they were always very responsive when we had an after hours call. There was no prior notification so we only found out when we needed that service.
