We had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday evening. We called Steve's Plumbing and they had someone out right away. They did a good job fixing it and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was good too, from the plumber to the office staff.

Submitted request to make an appointment online. They call back 2 days later set an appointment for the following Monday with a window beginning at 10am. Called at 11:30 and stated that nobody would show up that day and offer to reschedule for first appointment of the day 3 days later. Get a call at 8:30 will not make that first appointment of the day promise but fear not once a job is complete will have someone right over there. 3 hours later no idea when someone will show up. Guess since this was booked through Home Advisor with a waived service call, they feel that they can put you off indefinitely until you pay for the Emergency status to your ticket or your plumbing issue becomes an emergency through attrition.
