Our hot water heater was shorting, flipping the breaker. Chrissy was very nice and courteous over the telephone, and had someone in the area and provided a two hour time frame. Anthony was prompt, kind, personable and very knowledgeable. He took time to discuss options and explained each step, in between idle chit-chat. He was efficient, responsive and answered all questions. His knowledge base exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy with this company (first time used them) and will use them in the future for all plumbing needs. Highly recommend this family-oriented company; they do not try to sell you anything, but do provide you with the facts and options available at a reasonable price.
