I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Dan Schiro did a fantastic job of taking care of us this weekend! We had problems throughout the day on Saturday with our furnace and he was patient and thorough in explanation and what to expect. After getting the furnace back to a possible stable configuration Saturday, the furnace went completely out later that day. He was able to track down a part and get us taken care of the next day. I feel that he went beyond the call by working tirelessly to find the part and make sure my family had a working furnace as soon as he could.
