Best Tune Ups in Saint Paul MN
Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I can describe this business in one word: PREDATORY!! I have no doubt, their technicians know their stuff, but their best skill is selling you a complete system. That's how they make their money. Their repair estimates are a joke.My central air was only low on R22 freon. It needed less than 2 lbs. They gave me a quote for $2122 to charge my system up to 4 lbs, and the guy tells me to blame the super high cost of freon on the government (that's over $500/lb). What a crook!! My furnace was fine but tried to sell me a complete AC & furnace for a whopping $17,000!!! If you see one of their coupon for tune ups, throw it away, and find another HVAC to fix your AC. I got my AC freon recharge for $120.
