Best Trenchless Sewer Pipe Repairs in Saint Paul MN

I am happy with the work that was done but it wasn’t the easiest experience.I was told they had a spot between 7-8am for the next Monday. No one showed up so I called and was told I was set for 12 that day. I had moved a lot of meetings to be available. They didn’t show up until 1:45 with no call saying they would be late. I asked them to both wear masks, one did and the other did not. He was asked to so I don’t know what happened there. When they were done i was told he didn’t have enough to charge it all the way but someone would come back and charge it. I also gave my credit card to the sales man last week to charge the first half but that did not happen. I am happy with my air conditioner... I am disappointed with the communication break down tans they have to come back.

Would absolutely use Cichy’s again. Very honest, respectful, hardworking, and thorough. They did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line and we have no complaints! (and no more problems). Highly recommend!
