Best Sewage Cleanup in Saint Paul MN

Roto-Rooter did an excellent job with sewage and water backup I had in my basement. I called them late on a Sunday night, to schedule an appointment for Monday morning. They gave me an 8-12 timeframe, and they were at my place by 8:30. Brian was the technician that assisted at my place. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very informative about the issues that created the backup. He got to work right away, and finished the job in a timely fashion. Brian also gave some good advice to help prevent further issues, and you could tell he had my best interests in mind. I was really impressed with the whole experience, and will definitely be using them in the future.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

My experience with John was outstanding, he came on time and jumped right onto the problem. Throughout the job he was very informative and gave us a good laugh, while giving us a chance to oversee his work.
