Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

Called on Rascher because my indoor garage spigot was giving me and my garage a shower each time I used it. Jason wasn’t good at his work, he was GREAT! No more unwanted showers. I’ve used Rascher Plumbing before, including installation of a hot water heater and for other various plumbing problems as my home ages. I’ve always been happy with their work, and will keep their number handy for any future problems.

I own Lindstrom Electric, LLC and have worked on some of the same projects with Semlak Plumbing. The quality of his work is the best I have seen and he is easy to work with. When the trades work together on projects the customer receives the best finished product.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. Our water heater needed service on a Friday afternoon. I was able to speak to someone on the phone at Dan’s right away. They were at my house within 90 minutes. I was expecting cold showers all weekend- but Dans took care of the problem quickly and courteously! The technician was polite and knowledgeable.The visit was very affordable. Cichy's was great! They were very responsive and responded quickly. Their prices were very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. We ended up having a complicated situation with lining the pipe (through another company) and Cichy's was completely flexible and accommodating throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

While the work Silver Tree performs is acceptable, their pricing is frankly outrageous. We had a water heater (originally installed by Silver Tree) that failed after just three years. As part of the warranty process, Silver Tree installed the replacement at a labor price of $675 for less than two hours of work. If cost is a factor at all for you, I recommend looking elsewhere for plumbing and HVAC.

This was the first time I’ve used Bruce Nelson Plumbing Danny was prompt, courteous and kind he worked very efficiently and was very pleasant to be around he replaced a 55 year old shower mixer in about an hour would highly recommend this company again

This company was great. They met us in our time of need when dealing with a horrible plumbing company through our HSA. John with Piperight plumbing was a breath of fresh air compared to them.
