Best Equipment Installation in Saint Paul MN

We had an emergency drain backup on a Friday evening. Derek came out and quickly assessed and explained the issue. He worked hard until about 11:30PM to get it draining before we sustained any water damage and took extra care to work quietly so our toddlers could stay asleep. All around, a great experience! After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

Got a great price on AC and a furnace. The install was smooth and the systems do a great job of both heating and cooling. Folks who did the install were very friendly and showed up and got everything done on time.
