Brandon was amazing! When our basement drain backed up and we called Roto-Rooter we weren’t sure what we were going to get. We did our research and knew they are a reputable company with great reviews but we were still a little wary and worried about what the problem was and what the cost to fix it would entail. Then Brandon showed up. From the start he was professional, courteous and friendly. He explained the entire process step by step before he got started. It was very reassuring to have such a calm and knowledgeable presence with us throughout this experience. John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future.
