I was speaking to John about replacing a sprinkler system back flow. We had agreed on a price but was just awaiting a part (that he had me order online) to come in. 5 days ago I got the part and sent John an email advising him that the part was in. I haven't heard from him since. And this was a referral!! Guess what I told his friend who referred me!

What a cavalier way to do business. No matter. I got another plumber who showed respect and I saved $75.00 at the same time. Looks like pricing and job scheduling are issues for this company; at least in my experience and at least 5 other reviews where scheduling seems to be a problem..

I very much respect a business that is willing to reach out on the phone and talk me through what ended up being an easy self-repair that saved me the cost of a service call.
