Joe was fantastic! He arrived on time in my fathers home. There was an issue of failed toilet with water coming from underneath it as well as failing angle stop. Joe walked me through possible solutions and I opted for replacing both. He also previously replaced failed shower valve that my father took apart. Fantastic service, quality , honesty. Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.
