Our kitchen sink began backing up this weekend. We tried every simple thing we could to clear it, but the clog was deep in the pipes. I got an instant response with my preferred time that I had selected on the website. The technician (Kyle) text me when they were half an hour away from my home. Arrived on time and ready to work. I was given a quote within minutes. This quote never changed and that is what I paid at the end. The technician brought in the heavy duty auger and got to work. Our blockage was deep to the sewer line, but he got it cleared! I paid extra for the enzyme treatments to prevent this from happening again. Kyle was fantastic through the whole process.
