They respond quick and were able to fit me in the schedule for next day. They called me from the house and explained me what need to be done ,in order to get the tankless water heater back live. Unit was under parts warranty and they had them in stock. Reasonable service call fee and proffecional service and comunication. Now my tenats are happy, i am happy as well.
