Mitch is the best plumber I have ever used. He is VERY knowledgeable of water heaters, and very likely other plumbing areas, and he was responsive and quick to diagnose, fix, and inspect the heater overall. He inspected the overall safely of the unit and fixed some issues with it that I thought were permanent/ side effects of a normal heater. He was very honest and has good morals on how he operates his business to give the best experience and service possible. My heater is now running smoother and quieter than before.
