I ran into major issues trying to replace an electrical wall box myself. I called Shah a little after 5:00 p.m. on a Monday. Shah arrived at my house less than two hours later and quickly went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, rewired the outlet, replaced the electrical box, and wired a second outlet for my mounted TV. He was extremely polite, respectful of my home, and explained what was causing the electrical issue and what he was doing to fix it.
