Extremely happy with Mitch and his customer service, I highly recommend him. Our 13 year old Nortiz tank less hot water heater started moaning loudly and would shut off in mid shower. I called another company that specializes in tank less the when the technician showed up at the house he didn’t even open it up to look at it, he told me that they don’t make this model anymore and he couldn’t even get parts and recommended we get a new one installed at a price of around $3000. When I called Mitch I gave him the model number and explained the problem. He said he was familiar with this model and they still make parts for it and most likely just needed a proper cleaning and servicing. He was able to come over with that day and it took him 90 minutes to clean and service it. Problem solved charge was $175. Thankyou Mitch
