Very honest staff

Russell came out quickly when we had a kitchen drain issue. He assessed the problem and scheduled a time to return to do the work since it ended up being a pretty big job, he had to do all the work under the house. We were impressed with his professionalism and timely service, we would definitely recommend him.

I recommend using this company only if you have a contract signed by all parties.

Full disclosure: I took the owner's word with a verbal contract, only to have disputes about change orders after they were done. I would not have agreed with them if I knew that the final cost would be what they are currently asking for. Learn from my mistake and demand a contract and all change orders in writing before they do it! We will be going to court over this matter.
